What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
Extreme tiredness and pain in my glute area that would not go away.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive
Other than being in the continual state of being constantly tired to the point of wanting to fall asleep at the wheel of a car, everything else was not too bad. I have had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and an underactive, then overactive thyroid. I have been to a physiotherapist and a chiropractor.
What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive program?
My energy levels have returned. I had one short period of tiredness during the month, but this only lasted a couple of days and not weeks on end like before. It has taken about a month to get back to normal.
How has Sevenpointfive changed your quality of life?
Life is so much better now, with more energy and enthusiasm in day to day life. I now get up in the morning with a spring in my step to go out walking or to go to an aqua class. I’ve always thought there was more to food and natural health rather than having more and more medications thrown at to fix problems and Sevenpointfive has shown me the way. Thank you for the new lease on life.
