I wanted to try something other than the conventional medicine because it wasn’t too effective.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
Not the best: tired, sore, constipated, brain fog, and I struggling with mental health
What other methods of healing have you tried, what medications were you on and for how long?
Mainstream antidepressants (2 years), other supplements (long time).
What change did you first notice once on the Sevenpointfive Program?
Even though I was still tired my body felt more energised and a good chunk of brain fog cleared up. I wasn’t as constipated anymore.
How long did it take for you to regain physical/mental control over your life?
About 3 weeks in I started noticing changes. I’m still in the process of gaining physical/mental control.
How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?
I’m able to go about my day-to-day life without worrying about harmful medications damaging my body. My energy levels have improved and my mental health is better supported.
