What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
I was recommended by Dr Diane Peterson for severe hot flushes and being pre-diabetic.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
Suffered from Menopause and Pre-diabetes. Low energy levels, I felt emotional and unhappy, I did not exercise, I did not enjoy drinking water and did not enjoy eating fruit and veg.
What other methods of healing have you tried and what medications were you on and for how long?
I have not tried any alternative meds before.
What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive Program?
Felt more energetic, my whole attitude to my health and wellbeing has changed. I want to make sure I never get sick or suffer if I don’t have to.

I noticed an immediate change in my attitude and energy levels.
