What brought you to Sevenpointfive?
My wife came across Sevenpointfive whilst doing research on healthy pregnancy.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
I had joint pains and felt uptight and weak. I was stressed and anxious because I had started to forget important things and had become lost and disorientated while I was driving.
What other methods of healing have you tried and what medications were you on and for how long?
I had used Citalopram (antidepressants). After a few months I had to stop use as my mind started racing. It made me feel out of control which caused aggression and sleeplessness.
What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive Program?
I started having more energy, especially after eating which previously left me feeling tired and sluggish. I am more focussed and my thinking and communication is clearer. I have much more energy than I ever have before.
How long did it take for you to regain physical/mental control over life?
After a week I noticed my digestion and energy improving. After 2 weeks my mood improved and I felt mental clarity as well.
How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?
I used to think I was allergic to everything. Even trying to cook and eat healthily didn’t seem to help with my perceived food allergies. Depressing! My body now works they way it was designed to. I am hopeful and encouraged to keep going.
How has your opinion of the medical profession and natural health changed?
If there is a natural approach or a nutritional solution, I now know that will build my body and improve my health. Chemical medicines have their place in emergencies but are not a permanent solution.
