I was referred and wanted to improve my health.
What was your state of health prior to Sevenpointfive?
I had 2 strokes in 2 years. I have Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and am overweight.
What other methods of healing have you tried and what medications were you on and for how long?
I was on a metabolic eating plan and prescription medication for Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and High cholesterol for a period of 3 years.
What change did you first notice on the Sevenpointfive Program?
I had more energy, I started to lose weight I had struggled to lose before and cravings for certain foods stopped.
How long did it take for you to regain physical/mental control over life?

How has Sevenpointfive changed the quality of your life?
My quality of life has changed from 40% to 100%. After 2 months on the program, I had a blood test at my medical doctors. The results came back: Normal Blood Pressure, Normal Sugar Levels (both long and short term) and Normal Cholesterol Levels.
How has your opinion of the medical profession and natural health changed?
Medication treated the symptoms to keep my levels in control. Natural health care healed my body.
