Easy Lentil Salad

Heading into summer, we can probably expect a fair share of braais and picnics on the horizon. As yummy as lettuce is, if you're over eating leaves, this lentil salad is an awesome alternative.

Lentils are a slow carb which means they slowly release energy and keep you feeling fuller for longer. There's no insulin spike which makes them great for eating plans like the "4 Hour Body" or Paleo.
