Make your own Epsom Salts scrub

Sevenpointfive consultants have long been recommending an Epsom Salts bath to assist in your detox and help you relax, so why not ramp up your home spa with this quick and easy body scrub. Best of all, it is all natural with no artificial preservatives or chemical additives.

You will need:

  • 1 cup Epsom Salts
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • Couple of sprays of each Silvermax and GSE
  • Optional: Essential oil of your choice
  • Small glass jar

This is very simple, just put the Epsom Salts in a mixing bowl or a jug. Then melt your Coconut Oil by placing the container in some warm water, add to the Epsom Salts (with your essential oil if using) and mix thoroughly - you can always add a little more oil if you prefer a more moisturising scrub, but beware if you use this in the shower it can leave an oily residue on the floor. You could also use Olive oil or Grapeseed oil if you don’t have Coconut oil on hand. Spritz a couple of sprays of each Silvermax and GSE into your jar for some anti-bacterial and anti-microbial action and pour in your scrub. Store in an airtight glass jar and use as often as you like.
